Our Anderson Valley Pinot Gris is the first wine of the vintage to be bottled after typically 5 months of aging, and thus carries the feeling of spring. Aromatics are always a strong suit of the variety, which this year abounds with fruit notes of quince, Asian pear, and honeydew. Both the nose and palate are laced with fresh florals of freesia and plumeria. The palate is delicately chalky but also brimming with juicy fruit characters of kiwi and grapefruit.
