Orders take 2 - 5 business days to be processed, prior to shipping. Some library and large format wines may take longer. If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact our concierge to make arrangements 707-944-8642.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine, and wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. For these reasons, we suggest shipping to a business address. Returned shipments will be charged return and reshipment fees.
We ship wine on non-holiday Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and do not deliver on weekends. To maintain the integrity of our wines, and to avoid having your wine spend a weekend in a warehouse, we ship 2-day for all shipments outside of California. Please note if you select Ground for shipping outside of California, we cannot guarantee the integrity of our wine and will be unable to replace weather damaged items.

The following holiday order deadlines are guidelines based upon in-stock wines shipping via Ground or 2-day service to reciprocal states (see list of states below), and are not guarantees.
- Christmas - Ground: December 7th | 2-day: December 12th
- New Year's Eve - Ground: December 12th | 2-day: December 20th
In an effort to protect your investment, we monitor weather throughout the country on a daily basis and do not ship during times of extreme temperatures. This may result in a delay in receiving your wines.
